Established in the year 1989, Shree Extrusions Limited has earned a prestigious position as a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Extruded Profile in Non Ferrous Metals.

Though, our products are acclaimed worldwide but we have built a strong client base in Asian Countries. Our well established infrastructural setup is located in Jamnagar, Gujrat. The use of latest technologies such as Spectrometers (spark as well as ERF X-Ray Fluorescence) and Electronic & Computerized UTM makes us offer world-class quality products. The entire range products offered by us are valued for its excellent performance, longer service life, economical prices and high tensile strength. These are mostly used in architectural fittings, hardware, electric components, forged components, industrial valves, defense components and pump rods. We fabricate our range of products using high-grade raw material such as virgin non ferrous metals, scraps and turning.

Our Infrastructure

We are backed by sound infrastructure, which adds to our productivity & competency in terms of product quality & quantity. Located in Jamnagar - Gujrat, our facility is well segregated into various departments such as manufacturing unit, storage unit and quality testing unit. Our manufacturing unit is stretched over a vast area of 100,000 sq. ft, which is equipped with requisite machines and hold the installed capacity of 10,000 tons extruded profiles per annum.

The use of Dual Frequency induction furnace for melting and alloying, Heavy presses for extrusion, Efficient draw benches, Annealing facilities, Special purpose machines etc., of recent models & makes, assures precision in production.

To offer premium quality products, our quality-testing unit is installed with latest quality testing facilities such as Spectrometers (spark as well as ERF X-Ray Fluorescence) and Electronic & Computerized UTM. We have a separate team of QC agents, who carry out stringent quality tests on our final products.
